Hello, folks; there is no meat on the shelves in the store now, so why not make a change to a mostly plant based diet? I’m not a vegetarian or vegan, I eat meat, but for now, if you CAN’T FIND MEAT in the store, here are some other protein sources: Nuts, nut butters, seeds, beans (any), avocado, quinoa, wild rice, oatmeal, and other whole grains. Fill up on vegetables, greens, and fruits! I also eat cheeses, eggs, and seafood, too! Now is the perfect time to make some healthy changes and keep ahead of the Covid-19 virus. Load up on foods to boost your immunity! (see previous blog).
